Cadence performs no abatement and no remediation. That's deliberate. When a testing firm also sells removal work, every result it produces carries a conflict — and everyone reading the report knows it.
Because there's nothing for me to sell you on the back end, the findings stand on their own. It's why contractors bring me in for clearance testing on someone else's abatement, and why owners call for a second opinion when a number doesn't look right.

Asbestos & lead paint surveys
Pre-demolition and pre-renovation hazardous materials surveys, AHERA building inspections, and lead-based paint inspections. Sampling, homogeneous area mapping, and a report written to be used.
Abatement oversight & clearance
Third-party monitoring during removal, area and personal air sampling, visual inspection, and final clearance. Independent of the abatement contractor by design.
Mold & water damage assessment
Moisture mapping, air and surface sampling, and post-remediation verification. Independent of the restoration contractor, which is what most carriers and protocols expect.
AHERA programs for schools
Three-year re-inspections and six-month periodic surveillance for local education agencies, documented to the standard a compliance review expects.
Water & soil testing
Contamination and quality assessment, sampling and analysis, including work that doesn't fit a standard scope. If it's outside what I do, I'll tell you that rather than bill for it.
